Kenmore 665.13742k603 Dishwasher Not Working

I have a 2.5 year old Kenmore dishwasher that does not heat water nor dry with heat anymore. I tested the old heating element for continuity and it was negative...so I replaced the heating element and tested before and after for continuity. I thought for sure it would fix the problem. Nope... no heat still. I tested also the thermostat and it showed continuity at room temperature but decided to replace that part too, just in case... still no heat. I decided to order a new control panel and see if this fixes the issue. Is there something I'm missing? Any help would be appreciated. thanks.
